Element Chiropractic was created from a single vision: to offer the highest level of un-compromised care in an environment that truly authentic.

Our vision is rooted in three main core values:

• Personalized: Every single person has a different body and a different story. Your treatment plan and specific adjustments will be individualized and unique to you.

• Effective: We conduct a thorough examination including X-Ray analysis when necessary prior to beginning care. This allows us to see the exact areas of your spine that are under stress and focus our treatment around them. We are here to find the CAUSE of your problem. Our examination process takes the guesswork out of it.

• Informative: After your X-rays Dr. Nelson will go through them with you, along with all your exam findings and previous relevant imaging and show you exactly what he see’s and why it is significant. Our main goal is to empower every person we meet to have the tools and ability to take their health back into their own hands, and become the healthiest, most connected version of themselves.

What is Chiropractic and is it right for me?

Chiropractic care is a safe, non-invasive, and extremely effective way of managing your health and maintaining your movement and function. As you make your way through life, your body is met with many stressors. These stressors can come in the form of direct injuries, such as falling on a ski hill, or being involved in a motor vehicle accident; or, these stressors can come from repetitive lifestyle habits that slowly add strain to your body, such as sitting in front of a computer for extended periods of time, bending your neck to look down at your phone, or the repetitive movements of a Hair stylist.

These stressors make large, or small changes to your body and your skeletal system over time. These changes can start to limit your function and range of motion, cause chronic inflammation which leads to pain, and in some cases even begin to interfere with the function of your nerves and your bodies ability to interact with and interpret the world around you.

As a Chiropractor, we use functional assessments, as well as a thorough structural X-ray analysis to pinpoint these areas of your body where the stress has built up. The Chiropractic adjustment is a pain free movement that helps bring motion back to the fixated stressful areas, and allows the body to “check in” on them again, which initiates the bodies own healing mechanisms.

Chiropractic has a vast body of growing research showing the many different ways in which a Chiropractic adjustment can affect both the body and the brain, making it a great addition to your healthy lifestyle and a great long term health habit.
